As far as I know, the problem is the 'ZIP on the fly' tool for releases where there are no derivations. It doesn't work properly on some Macs, which is quite annoying.

There isn't a real file there - it just creates the ZIP as some kind of Unix task in real-time and feeds it to you or something.

One way to fix this is to turn on derivations for your release, but that will only make ZIPs of the 192kbps and 64kbps versions. Sorry about this.

Like problems are quite often on my PC. To my way of thinking one of the best resolutions is a special tool, which might work out any kind of such problems and constantly demonstrate all its advantages - http://www.recoverytoolbox.com/fix_zip_files.html

isn't it possible to simply fix the unix script so that it feeds a proper zip file?
