yep, so that bootleggers and nazis don't join...
it's brand new, it's a more casual setting than an open forum. talking about stuff there won't jeopardise archive.org, so if you have a music-related issue that's a litlle on the fringe, thats a good place. phish is a good example, it can't be hosted on archive.org, and archive.org isn't a suitable place to begin offering postal trades etc. that group above is tiny,anda goodplace for newbies and oldbies alike to get together in a smaller less hectic setting than the etree lists, and no waste of bandwidth penalties, no list nazis. Only rule is no jerks, no money, no spam.
