Browne also said park staff members have an obligation to find out more about solicitors who enter the park, especially in a post-Sept. 11 world.

This has to be the most absurd thing I've heard this week, maybe this month. Still, the restriction of free speech in a public place to prevent competition to concession sales is overall more disturbing.

I hope Park officials there realize the error of their ways without a lawsuit but I'm glad to hear that you aren't going to let this drop if they don't. Good luck.
