I also ran into this issue after recently uploading a show. I hit the back button on my browser and was able to proceed normally through the rest of the upload process. However, the show doesn't appear with the rest of my band's shows which I've uploaded. Also, none of the items have derived. I've attempted to edit the show but when I do I get this message:
The item you are trying to edit cannot be retrieved from a "primary US node".
Potential reasons for problem:
a temporary item location failure
the identifier supplied may be invalid or references a removed resource
the item may be in the process of being edited
Any ideas? The show identifier is

try editing the show now. it should work.

I'm still unable to edit the show and I still get this message:
The item you are trying to edit cannot be retrieved from a "primary US node".

Also, the show isn't showing up on the master list of shows I've posted for our band.

Tyler,
Everything looks great on the show and everything seems to have uploaded correctly. Thanks for the help! One final thing, it still isn't listed on the collections page. Not a big deal but may make it difficult for some listeners to find. Any ideas?
Appreciate everything you and the rest of the staff at archive.org do!
