You make my point for me. 3 good bands in there, the rest were mediocre at best, that's just my opinion. Again, you get to keep your opinion with me and I won't hate you for it.

I was specifically referring to the music like pet shop boys and the androgynistic weak vocal pop that girls and guys who think like girls dig. New kids on the block and bands like that, ya know? There was some great jazz, metal and rap too but it was in the minority. Most of the metal that people remember is annoying shit like quiet riot, motley crue, poser hair bands etc. Not fates warning, forbidden, metallica, etc. they were balls to the way power riffs not whiny I look like a girl so lesbians will strap it on for me.

But for the most part the 80's was a wasteland for audiophiles. People like morrisey whining about, well nothing really. They ripped the balls out of punk rock, kicked the drummer out of the disco bands and tried to make heavy metal pretty... Strategic failures all.

no argument at all, just always amazes me that people dismiss '80s music, and that list i threw down was just off the top of my head in a minute, i could have listed quite a few more, however, no biggie, you got yours and i got mine, all is good

Hey guy; good to see you hereabouts, though hard to pick you out with all the other crap.

Don't forget to work on that commercial license; you're doing double duty on driving the bus and playing in the band of LMA Allstars once we hit the road...first stop is SDH's compound for some refreshment and rejuvenation...

damn WT, surprised you recognized me, i've been making my rounds in the full regalia of fat Elvis; thanks for the offer to drive the bus, not so sure though that i can live up to Neil's entertaining standards, but i am a somewhat skilled juggler, and have been known to be pretty slick with the card tricks; as for instruments ... any room for a whistle blower?
