Hmm.. I'm guessing that _might_ be a browser-related issue, then. If it's not working (try upgrading to the latest Internet Explorer or Mozilla), then try using FTP - get something like SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com) for Windows, ftp to audio-uploads.archive.org with name = your email address and pass = your Archive password, make a directory with the name of the movie, and upload the movie into that directory.
