I'm wondering how FreeCache identifies the nearest cache to a user. Does it just map the IP address of the user to the ISP assigned to that IP range? Something craftier? I'd love to take this discussion off list, if possible, and I can be reached at afiskatspeedymaildotorg (SPAM protection).
