I do not believe that what you are seeking to do is possible. Unlike the music files it sells, Apple does not allow video files it sells to be decrypted and burned to DVD. If you were not aware of that when you purchased these files I would complain to Apple, as it seems they have deceived you into purchasing something with less value than you imagined.

All movies you find on this site, however, have no such restrictions. Download and burn to your hearts content :)
