Try the 'Report Errors link', give them full details, and then patiently wait. It might take some time to get the file removed... basically the archive is set up to add materials, and there's no convenient way to remove them.

Pretty much, when you upload something you are kinda gifting it to the world, and since the podcast has been downloaded 10 times, it's still maybe out there somewhere...

but try the 'report errors link' and you can probably get it taken care of that way.
