Is this problem with the same fileset? or different ones?

Maybe try re-installing Flac Frontend, just a general fixall solution that might work.

If it's a problem with the same fileset, try decoding another one, if that works, maybe some issue witht the file you are decoding...

helps to give a LOT of info when you ask for help, pretty much anything that's changed since just before the problem, whether you get the same problem chronically or intermittently, stuff like that.
