only the first two were uploaded by your account. i would need the request for the others to come from the uploading account or verify that it was you that uploaded them.

i've started a derive task. it will take quite a while, perhaps 48 hours, as here are so many large video files in the item.

i'm not able to duplicate the problem. if you continue to have this problem i might suggest starting over at archive.org/create and use the "Classic Uploader". our apologies.

what is the url for the item. go ahead and finish the upload if you haven't. you can always add files to an existing item.

Well, after leaving it hanging for the past four hours, the item has now been updated. Hopefully it was an isolated incident, possibly a hangover from the power supply upgrade. Fingers crossed!

what is the url of the item? it my be that during the update the server went offline so you succeeded in starting the task but it was interrupted by the power outage.

Has Freecache gone away? If so, can info for Freecache be removed from the FAQ? I get an error "freecache.org isn't loading right now" from OpenDNS which is what my work uses.

When I add a new item and click update I get the 'Please wait while we make your changes live...' screen but it just hangs there and doesn't update. I thought it had something to do with the power sup...
