Internet Governance is a complex topic with many nuances. This collection explores the subject by letting people speak for themselves. The collection includes some footage from a UN summit on the subject, some interviews, some speeches, and some hacks. A good place to begin is hack 1, though you can always just browse.
This collection is maintained by Carl Malamud, who ran Internet Talk Radio, the first radio station on the Internet. He has served as an incredulous observer and sometimes participant in the Internet Governance wars for the last two decades. Support for this project has been provided by the Center for American Progress, Stichting NLnet, and ISC.
