Subject: Inspiring
Thanks to this "staff pick," I got my first listen to Ms. Goodman away from her anchor desk. Without belittling the U.S. experience of 9-11, she leads her audience to recognize human suffering --with the same date, but caused by the U.S. With her stories, Ms. Goodman's great reporting instincts and under-fire experiences reveal themselves. This speech is fierce and empowering. I'll be sending friends to the site to listen and keeping a copy for myself.
