An Amos and Andy. I assume that archive viewers are able to get past the obnoxious racial stereotypes and appreciate this for what it is. a not untypical cartoon of the period. Official films were sold all over the country in short 8mm or 16mm versions,

So where's the racism?
I looked as carefully as I could and I didn't see any obnoxious racial stereotypes. Just normal caricatures like Popeye or Dagwood or Betty Boop or anybody else. If you think that everyone can be a cartoon except one specific group, you a racist.

Glad to have it
Glad this is available.Hot Dog! Not all that as a cartoon, but as a historical artifact its unbeatable!Hot Dog! The cartoon itself is not all that well drawn, the story/plot unbelievably obvious almost from the first word spoken but still I'm glad I watched it and thank the poster for it.

Subject:
Good to see this preserved
It's hard to think most if not all the people who made this are no longer with us. Animation has come quite a long way, I am glad this is preserved as a reminder to us just how far we have come.
