In his office at T.U.F.F., the Chief is seen watching videos of himself when a shrunken Dudley comes in and tells the Chief that he has a "little problem". We learn that Dudley accidentally shrunk himself with a shrink ray so that he could have a giant cookie. In this moment, the Chief tells Dudley that he was the best agent of T.U.F.F., and Dudley is in his best moment, General Warthog calls the Chief and said that he was kidnapped by the Chameleon, the Chief tells Dudley that he and Kitty must save the General, but Dudley says that Kitty lost a bet and had to take Keswick with her to the movies, but Dudley had a idea and asks the Chief if he can go with him, but the Chief refuses, after many tries the Chief accepts and goes to the Chameleon's house where his plan is to redirect the missile test to T.U.F.F. HQ, transformed into General Warthog, but first he ate the Mini-pizza bagels.

The Chief tries to stop him, but the Chameleon ate the Chief, Dudley tries to rescue the Chief, but the result is the same. Meanwhile Kitty and Keswick are at the cinema (part of the bet), and they turn off their blasters and wristcom, Dudley tried to connect with them but he can't, meanwhile the Chief tries to communicate with Dudley, but it's use-less because he is eaten too, the Chief is angry with Dudley for convincing him. Dudley tried to punch the Chameleon's stomach but is useless, in this moment he asks the Chief what would Super Agent Herbert Dumbrowski do (The Chief's real name) in this situation; he answers by saying that he would use his nun-chucks, but only force the Chameleon ate a spider too, in this moment they go to the (accidentally) Chameleon's heart but only to put it on fire, and the Chameleon had to drink much water.

Dudley and the Chief arrive to the Chameleon's brain and Kitty and Keswick call them at this moment, Dudley ask them that if they could stop the missile launch test, and Keswick says that the Molecular Transformation Suit is connected to the Chameleon's brain, in this moment Dudley and the Chief jumps to the Molecular Transformation Suit brain, (make him cannot control himself) but is useless, because is too high, Dudley asks the Chief if he didn't said that he had an Bionic Leg, the Chief answers sarcastically, and Dudley says that he uses that to destroy that thing and successfully the Chief broke that, but is too late, the missile is launched, but they don't care about that (because Kitty and Keswick can stop that) and exit to the Chameleon's body trying to arrest him, but he tries to ate them again but the Chief defeats him and Dudley cheers about that, meanwhile Kitty and Keswick believes they can't stop the missile and Keswick indicates Kitty that she uses the Air Brake (Keswick was joking) and successfully the missile stop.

The episode ends in a ceremony to celebrate the Chief's triumph, but he and General Warthog fell asleep and Dudley's grossed for all that acclaims Keswick return him at his normal size, but only to transform Dudley into a Cerberus (mythologic Hellhound) and Keswick says that he really need to put a name to his lasers.
