Subject: Great, now I have to go to the washroom.
This continues the jolly adventures seen in the reel " Fort Stevens, U.S. Coast Guard". This time some of the shots in the previous reel start to make sense. The men in the hoisted cart are not doing excercises, but more likely, doing supply runs for lifehouses in the area. Thankfully, there's a lot less buoy repair in this one then in the last one. But there's lots of crashing water though. Against a ship, against the rocks, the guy must have dreams of a romantic novel. Not a heck of a lot beyond that though. Some great title card work though.
